RATES SUMMER 2020:

Le Trosce (8-10 guests): weekly rate € 2.000 (Sunday - Saturday). Minimum stay: 6 nights.

Brentina (14 guests): weekly rate € 2.600 (Sunday - Saturday). Minimum stay: 6 nights.

Doderi (16 guests): weekly rate € 2.600 (Sunday - Saturday). Minimum stay: 6 nights.

These rates include:

initial cleaning and sanitation; an hour per day of cleaning of the common kitchen and lunch area (not including dish washing); daily cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool; support to the guests; final cleaning; water, hot water, electricity, gas.

The rates do not include:

linens and towels, available upon request at € 10/guest/week; extra swimming pool towel, available upon request at € 2.50/guest/week; children equipment (baby kit / toddler kit); obligatory mid-stay cleanings for any stay of more than 7 nights; the rate for these cleanings is: € 150+TVA; daily cleanings, available upon request at € 20/hour; products from the farm shop; tourist tax, € 1/guest over 14 /night for maximum 6 nights.

SUMMARY OF THE RENTAL TERMS FOR SUMMER 2020*

Deposit 25% at booking. Balance 14 days before check-in.

Deposit and balance are non-refundable but for reasons due to Covid-19 restrictions. If your stay is not possible due to restrictions applied for Covid-19 emergency, we will return the total paid amount minus € 100 for bank and office fees.
