We imagined that, in this particular moment, our guests would have desired spending their holidays in a safe place shared with the people they love. That’s why, only for summer 2020, we converted the house of Doderi to a unique farmhouse welcoming up to 16 guests. The guests can enjoy the outside areas and the swimming pool in tranquillity and safety, without meeting any other guests.
Doderi has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a communal kitchen with veranda at the ground floor. At the first floor, there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a terrace, and a living room with fireplace. In the middle of the garden there’s a small cottage with bedroom and bathroom, breakfast corner and covered terrace. The house has a 10x5 m swimming pool, four pergolas equipped for outdoor eating and a washing machine area. The house is connected to the internet through Wi-Fi. You can reach it by driving on a 1.2-km dirt road from the Reception office. Our dirt roads can be followed by any car except low, sports cars.
Doderi is built on top of a hillock inside our 500-hectare organic farm, with picturesque panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside from the swimming pool. Our guests can enjoy 18 km of signed walking trails, fish at a small lake where they can catch carp and black bass, and visit the chianina cows, pigs and chickens throughout the farm. We offer our guests a stay in authentic and alive nature: this also means wild life and insects. We had fun writing a page about the adventures that our guests can face while staying with us.
